Developing personalized professional voice based menu systems for each business, Answer Nevada will deliver an experience to you and your callers that provides a consistent and positive sound, accurate information recording and transcription, and quality call handling from every live operator or automated menu. Management Team
Peter Schaumann, President & Founder: Peter has extensive knowledge and experience within the answering service and call handling industry, having grown up in a family-owned answering service business. His experience in applying many different techniques and systems to handle client calling scenarios helps to ensure that your Answer Nevada solution is not only based on a working model, but a tried and true one. Prior to founding Answer Nevada, Peter audited with PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the worlds largest and most respected corporate financial and governance auditing firms. Peter has personally assisted in providing services and conducting audit work for over twenty public companies. Currently, Peter holds both a Bachelors and Masters degrees in Accounting from Brigham Young University, where he continues to actively participate in many Alumni programs.
Patrick J. Ewalt, Vice President & Co-founder: Patrick has come to Answer Nevada with over 7 years of background experience in Telecommunications, Network Engineering & Architecture. Previously working with various consulting and manufacturing firms in the fields of Data Systems Architecture and Telecommunications, Patrick brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Answer Nevada that enables our customers to receive solutions that provide maximum functionality and positive business/customer results from your Answer Nevada customized telephony strategies. Patrick is always engaged in a continual development and enhancement of Answer Nevada's backend and call system features to provide our customers with the latest tools and resources; creating true communication solutions that enhance your customers' experience while lowering your expenses. Patrick currently holds dual Comptia® Networking Certifications, Microsoft® Certified Professional Status and Cisco® Certification.
